Aleem brings an understanding and deep appreciation of queer communities across cultures. He is passionate about creating safe and creative spaces that enable connection, authenticity and insightful self-discovery.

He is also the founder of a couture brand that has achieved the pinnacle of recognition, earning a coveted spot on the calendar of Haute Couture Week Paris.

Extensively experienced in project management, Aleem has worked with community health centres and supported residential services in Victoria. He has provided clinical care and mental health support to many people, including those of diverse gender and sexuality.

Aleem has fundraised for organisations that champion inclusivity and social justice, securing government and private philanthropic grants 

Aleem enjoys time in nature, and sewing, while listening to his adorable rescue cat, Rani; she offers a unique form of neurodivergent feline debriefing and boundless affection!
